a common location. This convenient method is supplemented by an
agenda setup customized for your team.
You can schedule team meetings right on the Project pathway.
Meetings can include pertinent tools, such as a brainstorm to get
ideas flowing about the meeting's subject.
An agenda is automatically created for your team, including
the designated steps and a list of team members and their
responsibilities. There are places for you to fill in the date,
start and end times, objectives, and what to prepare. This way
the agenda can be viewed beforehand as a preview, and be used
afterward as a record of minutes.
